The Development Program is designed for children 8 to 10 years of age.
The program's focus is to develop the overall coordination ability by providing soccer activities and games that promote agility, balance, coordination, and speed. Also, we utilized the event to discuss concepts such as resilience, honesty, and teamwork that go hand in hand with the club's educational approach and social responsibility. The program functions as the club feeder for new talent and meets twice a week for 60 minutes.
What is Long-Term Athlete Development?
LTAD is a training, competition, and recovery program based on biological age rather than chronological age.
